1. How It Works

To claim your money back:

  1. Send an email to info at omnioo.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A short explanation of why you’re unsatisfied

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

  3. You’ll receive instructions on how to return your item

  4. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method


2. What’s Covered

  • All physical products sold on omnioo.com, unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page

  • Both used and unused items, provided they are returned in reasonable condition

  • Orders delivered within the last 90 days


3. What’s Not Covered

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

  • Products returned after 90 days of delivery

  • Items that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or modified

  • Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after return delivery for processing
