Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays due to customs, weather, or local postal services are possible and outside of our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and the United States.
If your country is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship to your location at this time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Some promotions may offer free shipping to selected destinations. If applicable, this will be clearly stated during checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Omnioo is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance procedures.
7. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
